who is selling - fact or fiction???

Who is selling. It is fact or fiction (manipulation and churning)

It really is bizarre. For the life of me I personally cannot determine where these sellers are coming from

I was encouraged by the AGM held recently and thank those that transcribed the audio to verbal on this forum

In particular from Nick

"We believe the achievement of our target production rate is imminent"

Potentially this could indicate a further 916.6 tonnes of rare earth product being produced for the month of December

"We also have optionality – the ability to evaluate tangential growth opportunities. This can come in the form of brownfields expansion through existing reserves, assets, and intellectual property. Or it can come as greenfields or downstream expansion, either in collaboration with customers or on our own.

I am sure Nick is talking about the Siemens/Lynas collaboration to build a wind turbine magnet factory next to the Plant facility (in my opinion)


And Eric

Phase 2 coming on line in december quarter - must mean anytime now

100 ton REP's October 2013
350 ton REP's November 2013 forecast
??? ton REP's December 2013 (350 - 916.6 ton based on Nick's comment above)

Total production of rare earth product for December quarter in my opinion

800 - 1716 tons

Based on the above, why would anyone be selling stock at this stage

As Nick pointed out calender year 2014 will be the coming out party for Lynas - and I am sure we will see this at the end of December 2013 with production figures made public for the quarter sooner rather than later

Just as those forecasts for November were disclosed before the month ended
