    Cuz/ Oly, Quite right- they did mention back up diesel power ar the EGM- however even that is not so simple. They would be thinking about skid mounted units I guess and the big ones are only about 1 megawatt each. Ball and rod mills consume large licks of power (in the megawatt x ? range) then add on for the rest and you have a multi megawatt load.
    Along with cooling requirements also you have transformers, switchgear etc etc so this work would need to be going on NOW if they are to meet their start up timetable.
