Only speculating but reckon thats what the MPF status covers. If its a govt body we're waiting on for power, then reckon they would have been given a hurry along.
PC also told me that the the delay of the wet was a real boon for the construction of the plant and i guess would have only benefited the plans of the power supplier as well ?????
