Who is selling so cheaply?

Given that:
-- VOC has all but doubled in size with a perfect synergy acquisition on the west coast;
-- has only ~14% utilisation of their network, indicating the ability to massively grow market share without extra capex;
-- is in a market where data use is growing exponentially out to 2020 and beyond;
-- is corporate focused and not as price sensitive as those in the crowded consumer sector; and

-- has exposure to NZ market in a big way;
who do I need to thank for selling me their shares cheap?
