I have no doubt you are correct

These parasites have brought misery to every company they've become involved with. But at the end of the day, it's hard to blame them because they only become involved when the company's management have been so incompetent so as to leave the company so short of funds they have to accept money from anyone who'll lend to them

It also doesn't help when a Director of the company appears to be concerned with the interests of a particular shareholder rather than the general body of shareholders
