    My feeling is that 38.5 will go soon. I believe the smart money is just seeing that TIS just overcome another hurdle. So I do not see this falling much if at all.
    Re USA my feeling is they may get a parnership offer for that one.
    TIS has weathered the storm today and I am confident it has strong support.
    If a new investor looked at this today and can see big gains in less than 12 months they will buy and buy big.
    Thats my view.
