It is a great time for buying. Soon it will be a waiting game until eventually it is a great time for selling, and then we go on holidays, buy new gadgets and properties and wander around looking scruffy and unshaven. :)
I can't complain about anything to do with FKP at 21.5c. (As much as I would love the market to do what I want when I want it to). I'm sure I'd see it differently if I was a crucified long term holder.
