Been quite for some time now and it really has been a case of bite me tongue and turn the computer off.

Till recent. Been thumbing up all over the place recently.

All I can add to the party at this point.

Is give ERM some time.
I hate to think what they have to read and understand. What is not written down and need to investigate.

Give them some time to work out really where they are before they embark on a direction......... finally.

I have only a very small holding but will keep an eye on EGO for the potential.... it could be a brilliant display.
