The continual downward movement in CWN is now becoming a little surprising to me. It more or less followed MPEL all week until today: where MPEL went up 2% CWN is still heading down. Perhaps this movement in MPEL being superimposed on top of a correction from the recent CWN recovery?
Anyway, the lowest of the recent analyst ratings that I've seen for CWN is $15.50 (from DB). The market often knows best, but it has a tendancy to overpunish and overreward news in the short term. At current prices, I think this is a reasonable buying opportunity; however, while the price is still heading down it might be worth keeping an eye on CWN.
