A million shares is chicken feed. They issued 6.6 million in Dec as part of the ESOP with a "deemed issue price of $0.08 to $0.11per share (average of $0.10 per share)".
In Dec 19 they had 322m listed shares, 10.3m unlisted options and 35.5m warrants (18c)
In Dec 18 after Escrow they had 244m listed, unlisted 8.5m options. So you've been diluted about 25% and seen the sp halve if you've been here a year.
