I think what has occurred is the stock ran a bit too ahead of itself on the initial news.
It will still be some time and some red tape to cut through until production.
But the repeal of 1976 coal policy spells big things for their Elan project.
Just need some patience. It isn't a daytrader stock thats for sure.
