IMO this is the most obvious capping and accumulation phaze I have ever seen over the last few weeks.Those sellers move around every few minutes,making sure there is just over 1mil at each interval from 28c up to 30c.This gives the impression of heaving selling which makes others sell down lower which is filling the accumulators small but numerous buy orders.If those sellers were real, they would be moving there orders down closer to the asking price, so they could get rid of their stock...it seems some one is really trying to hold the SP back and accumulate as much as possible, as cheap as possible while holding the SP under 30c.This is very easy at the minute with no announcments but once they start to flow IMO the SP will shoot north and alot of those sellers stacking the sell side will pull there orders as the majority are fake orders...time will tell but I believe CVI SP is going to move north very quickly coming up to the end of 07.
