It's not my intention to spam this forum and I'll let others digest these news but I think we'll be hearing a lot more from Gedeon Richter and Mayne in the near future. I think some deal between Gedeon and Mayne is being discussed. Gedeon have ambitions to enter the US market, they now have a commercial interest in Nexstellis (particularly the eye watering royalty contract) and a possible future FDA approval of Donesta as well as additional WH products of interest to Mayne. Mayne have the second-largest WH commercial footprint in the US (servicing the Ob/Gyn area), have a strong commercial interest in Nexstellis and now have Gedeon as the supplier for Nexstellis. It's in their joint interest to come up with a deal suitable to both, particularly with the future commercialisation of Donesta where they cannot be seen to be in competition. Cheers and signing out
