Response from IRThere is no additional news. Mithra and GR have made their announcement - MYX remains interested in the outcome as we have consistently said. No change although as noted this matter ongoing is a reason why the Board has taken advice re what we can be doing re purchasing our own shares - I have explained this to you in the past i believe.
We are as perplexed by the share price as the market is. The most recent share register shows some instiutional selling and buying - but that activity doesn't explain the significant move ion stock price. I note the comment on a investment forum web site that made reference to UBS and CS - that was interesting from my point of view.
I am not going to provide specific colour on our share register - any movements in register are disclosed as per ASX rules.
The presentation at Jefferies contains no new information.
I have spoken to both Wilsons and Canaccord who cover the stock - both analysts are similarly perplexed by the move.
The Company is well aware of its disclosure obligations.
