Today is a small victory to those who are vehemently against the success of this company but I'm not sure the fat lady is singing yet. That's ok, they can bask in the sun for the moment.
There was nothing in that announcement that suggests the deal is dead and none of us know the actual reason for the delay. I would have thought that bad news would have been communicated so there must be something preventing an immediate collapse of the deal.
While I'm sure there is a possibility of it not going ahead, I'm still confident of a positive outcome
