1. 1.3. Cooperation in the execution of the project and obtain any necessary permits for energy system using purified synthesis gas with a demonstration installation of underground coal gasification to produce electricity.
1.4. Cooperation in the procurement and delivery system components of the energy system and location of the project: the municipality Trzebinia Chrzanów district, province. Lesser.
1.5. Siting and installation of energy system, in place of planned connection to the purified synthesis gas pipeline with a demonstration installation of underground coal gasification and power grid.

1.7. Receive all or part of the syngas with a demonstration installation of underground coal gasification for electricity production and operation of the energy system over the duration of the demonstration project, ie. Approximately 6 months.
1.8. Dismantling and removing the power system from a place of operation after the end of the duration of the demonstration project.
1.9. Cooperation in the development of proposals and guidelines for changes in the law enabling commercialization of technologies in Poland.
2. The deadline:
up to 36 months from the date of commencement of the project.
3. The order will be executed provided the Employer to provide funding for the project by the National Centre for Research and Development.
