Your statements are contradictory. Who in their right mind holds onto a stock that's "a true dog" and a "mess"?
If you honestly believe that Webjet will not earn you a return on capital greater than other investment opportunities, it defies belief that you would still hold onto it. Given your sentiment is a 'buy' and you're holding it I'll save you the confusion and recommend you hold it until it's back up to $15-$16. The underlying fundamentals of this stock do not justify a valuation much lower than its current levels in my opinion.
