I re-read the agreement regarding the Stanwell Gas alliance and I did not see anything as such. I did see that Blue will carry the cost of the certification campaign before Stanwell will takeover production drilling effectively carrying Blue through to some potential profits, as well as ensuring that key members in the company are provided with some secure employment. For a junior company in this market it is a pretty good deal even if they did have to sell one of there near term assets. But lets face it, the real money in Blue is being able to tap into their northern assets!

Stanwell have the shares in the bag and board members have been appointed. The deal is done!
