Normally head rules heart.....but this could be one of those once in a lifetime plays and I would hate to sell even some shares (to free carry) too early.

Who is still here, and for how long?

I am one of those that you are referring to if you have a substantial amount my opinion is,
To wait for a dividend the reason being capital gains tax will kill most of any profit but dividends are usually fully franked,
The old adage two sure things in this life are Taxation & Death.
