Understand FF your concerns and welcomed - I wouldn't worry about contracts on website - rarely these types of businesses put contracts up - firstly they don't want to let competitors know their client list and secondly they have no reason too. They would be known in their sector and have regular clients, plus they tender so don't need to market. This type of business doesn't need to do marketing or promotion - its direct with the clients through tenders.
