As was mentioned above maybe its best you invest elsewhere if you think the prospects of Magnis and the Imperium3 NY (and Townsville) consortium all rest on a single offtake with an Indian renewable energy Company you can't phone up.

Keep in mind the 1.8GWh New York Gigafactory is fully funded, likely close to 40% assembled and due to be producing cells for dispatch to customers early 2022.

If you spend a little more time you'll discover some of the other offtake partners that have been publicly named so far. Companies like Martac with their autonomous unmanned boats who have been purchasing our nickel & cobalt free cells for well over a year now with multiple orders fulfilled. Martac's products with IM3 cells are in use by Governments around the world.

I could go on with more info covering likely customers but will leave it at that for now.

If you are genuinely interested in Magnis you need to read and understand the last couple of years of announcements. You will then realise how much planning and R&D has gone on to date and the quality team assembled at Magnis as well as IM3NY.
