Their website says they have an office in Building 3 Cheswick Centre London but when I called the receptionist at the building she said she had no knowledge of this company. The telephone number provided does NOT connect.
There was no telephone number for Sukh Energy at their India offices. According to Google maps the building Sukh is in is a concrete. I called the building manager and the rent is super cheap even by Indian standards.
It is inconceivable Sukh Energy can be a serious entity for Magnis to be signing agreements with for the supply of batteries. If this is right and Sukh Energy is a mirage then MNS has lost what little credibility it has. Goodness gracious me what a smoke screen what a bad joke on shareholders.
Does any one know if any of these contracts MNS has are credible?

Thanks Rajiv2021. You are right. They never need to buy any cells. What did they get for signing this binding offtake without money in pockets? A couple of free business trips to the factory plus anything else?
