    I'd be interested to hear what are people doing (kind of a straw poll)? I am usually happy to give the company my money rather than just buy on market ... but when its no more expensive or even chaeper to buy on-market that starts to be altruistic!! I plan to take up the SPP but haven't sent my cheque off just yet.
