I still think Dennis Commetti is the funniest AFL commentator to listen to... examples:

Jamie Charman going up early in the ruck - Cometti described it as "Charman with a case of premature elevation"

Brisbane Lions kicking about 6 or 7 behinds in a row one game - Commetti commented "Brisbane Lions, like a bunch of dodgy cologne salesmen, spraying around everywhere"...

Just clever calls he must write during the week I reckon and wait for the opportunity to use.
