Is it the same "genius" who bought at .16c and then .10c.?? It's halved again, so it makes sense. Mr. Average-down?? Take a look at what happened the other two times. Dead cat bounce and another chance to jump out and be "less of a loser". Spotting the Big Buyer and then pinning your ears back hasn't worked all the other times.
