re: who is the big seller ... ARQ has badly underperformed the oilers over the last year.
In addition there are plenty of stocks running hard in this market.
I believe the ARQ selling is pretty normal market activity.
Most people get sick of being in a dull, boring stock that has badly underperformed and eventually bail out.
Online traders will also sell the stock down and not care about the price if on the spur of the moment they want funds from an ARQ sale so they can move into a "runner".
