Normal market activity?
I really doubt it. Why would someone put in sell orders below the last sales price as soon as that higer level price level clears?
Nope, someone wants out and out big time and really doesn't care what the price is. The seller is throwing money away....
IMO that action is typical of a fund manager or big holder trying to clear the books or at least get rid of an 'underperformer'.
Have seen it time and time again.
