Quoting from Friday's release:
Following these changes, the Company advises that Mr Setven Xu will return to a non-executive Chairman role. As a result, the composition of the Company's Board of Directors is Mr Steven Xu as non-executive Chairman, and Messrs Simon Rowe and Alan Beasley as non-executive directors.
From the Company release on 21 July 2022, announcing the resignation of CEO Jarrod White:
The Company expects Mr Steven Xu to return to a Non-Executive Director position on completion of a successful management transition or appointment of another permanent Executive role that discharges his now expanded duties.
Friday's announcement clarifies that Mr Steven Xu has returned to a non-executive role. There is a declaration that all the current directors are non-executive.
