Very coy for a 2 dollar tech start up who just signs an MSA with Amazon to provide no details to the market... And then issue an equity raise at a non-discounted sp backed by a "cornerstone investor" less than a week after they sign this global MSA with Amazon?

2. Efficiency gains a partnership would bring for both companies
- For GSW: access to unlimited resources, capital, market info etc
- For Amazon: complete control of their last mile globally and profit from GSW as it conquers the world of logistics

3. Largest risk for GSW is "Risk of Takeover before we can truly value this company" - who better to mitigate that risk than Amazon

4. Filthy. Rich.

5. Mystery disappearance of CTO and subsequent "we are now an American company" comment. Some Amazon egg head to be appointed CTO of GSW?
