Remeber teh end of June is the LAST day toe decide on the off shore fields. Do they need that long ? Maybe but that is the announcement that must be made. Lets face it if that does NOT eventaute the EGM, reconstituion and approval for extra shares will be like farting in the wind. So, this announcement tells me they are 110 % confident. It si a confident announcement and a very big clue to what is about to happen.
