Who is the General Counsel?

Who is the GC? I could not find ISX's General Counsel with a quick 2 minute search across the ISX website.

I place a lot of weight on the GC within listed firms - particularly anything which is 'disrupted' (by which I mean under some form of short attack, regulatory probe or suspended - not financially distressed or broken). A good General Counsel acting as a valued member of the C Suite is always a big plus for me in evaluating whether to jump into something others are jumping out of. I wanted to see who is ISX's GC and how long they have been there.

I'm sure this detail is well known, but I could not find the detail for ISX - so I thought I'd ask.
