No doubt Greg and Don have spoken. Unfortunately I suspect this discussion was confidential and not in the presence of the regulator. The regulator should have been present in light of the assertions made by AG.
KS and his team will do everything to keep this story underground.
Fowler and Robutti need to be held to account also. It is highly unlikely they and others have not benefited indirectly from moving a billion dollar asset to Shell IMO.
The stakes are very high, and lawyers and spin doctors will be working overtime on this one.
Can't help but think how AG feels about being so blatantly misled by LDM. Honesty does not appear to be part of NXS company values.
Was the government minister (and a now Board member) complicit in the making of this deal?
