Ah Timmy "... not enough water to fill the dams ....".
Much of the flooding we're seeing is because dams are fit to bursting and full so water from vast, cleared catchments is being let downstream to flood communities in huge tsunamis of flood water. Flood mitigation dams being used for water storage on the fearmongering of a few activist idiots with no facts or science backing their dogma.
But its OK - don't blame the climate change liars for lying about extreme drought and "angry summers" - just chuck a tax levy on the taxpayers to pay for the damage.
