All pls NOTE: The board is only intending to accept the offer subject to an independent expert concluding, and continuing to conclude, that the offer is Favourable to MACA Shareholders (Refer pg7) (Refer Pg 8 Recommendation). So where is the independent Report???? This process should halt until a conforming independent report is circulated to shareholders, and the offer period needs to be extended accordingly.
