MEO will get 454 farmed-out, no problem. It won't be on the basis that MEO holds 30% free-carried as originally hoped, but the recent presentation indicates they are aiming for 20 -30%.
Even farming out 30% interest, to a party willing to pay 20% of costs and 50% of cost overruns, seems like a huge win for MEO.
