something tells me it will come out of left field and will be a company one wouldn't expect (but an internationally renowed one and possibly one that hasn't a large Australian presence as yet). would hope it is ENI but have my doubts there.

don't believe it is related to TS - think what we have is a different party whose primary interest is oil, which Beehive fits into (followed by gas). AC/P51 has the Montara oilfield near to it as well.

i wonder whether Meo's venture into Cuba has got some of the players there looking at this entity (since at the time its venture there was reported widely). pure speculation though by me, but it just seems strange to me that ENI will act now. maybe i have had a few too many beers before writing this post.
