    re: manipulation alternative Well, it would be nice for him to put a buy on PSA, he got his people in COE and pushed that one up. Got lucky on that one and sold at a profit.

    Now the shares are around 18 cents - much less than he rec`d the shares.

    Maybe there are really people that sell 80 shares or 160 shares of a $1.35 stock...after an uptick to get out at a penny per share less .....who knows, but I doubt it.
