Lets not get too negative here.
The guy has experience in commissioning new projects, feasibility studies etc etc.
Once you know this stuff you dont forget it. Is like riding a bike, you learn it once and it is the same no matter where you go.
Seems to have skills across the whole range of start up mine requirements which is where Legacy is moving at the moment.
