Agree.
This guy can get us well on the road to getting the resource expanded, the pre-feas done and the other necessary start up phase work.
If in the future, LCY get to a point where they need additional skills then they can appoint additional skills at that time.
For the moment this guy ticks all the boxes on the job description.
And better still, he probably gets on with the NMDC guys given he has done a lot of project work overseas.
