what a bloody stupid thread - first: if LCY get the deal with NMDC there will be no shortage of experts whose services can be called on to iron out any production issues, second: LCY would not have picked an idiot as MD - and in any event I've seen plenty of instances where, say, some ex-BHP hotshot was given such a job and did absolutely nothing for his money.....
the only thing that matters right now is getting NMDC's money into the company - everything else is trivial - and the sticking point on that is obviously what LCY is prepared to accept and what NMDC is prepared to offer, hence the independent valuations. IMO, LCY and NMDC want to get into bed but they are arguing about who gets which side to sleep on....
