Spot on. AGM holders seem to forget that ZFX's $1.00 bid has protected AGM from the carnage the rest of the market has endured. The $1.00 bid has a lot more premium in it now than when first made. AGM would be around 50c without the bid so ZFX have in fact offered a 100% premium.
That's why ZFX should announce clearly to the market that there will be no further extension. NONE! Watch the elevator fall to the 50c.
