I think Hotcopper has indirectly gotten me sacked from work a couple of times over the years. And maybe one relationship breakup.
My current missus doesn't like me spending so much time on HC I know that much. When my young un sees me on the laptop he always has smartarse comments like "I see ya on HC again dad". I always respond with "I'm doing research".
