what would warrant a market disclosure (and has in the past) is an "imec collaboration update" once they've agreed scope, terms, costs etc. And they actually sign an agreement with imec.

could be a trading halt once that imec proposal is in 4DS hands (and market release written once they execute)

the TH is to protect from leakage from the company - can't leak if they don't have the info yet.

i was kinda hoping imec would have had a proposal on the table for them when DM walked in - but maybe they need a bit of time to refine now they've had the chats (which makes more sense)...
