The holy grail from the very beginning of the imec relationship was to deliver industry-leading results on the imec megabit chip. While we have never seen the detail of the imec agreement, the consistency of the message over our shared journey leaves (imo) no reason to doubt that that deliverable was acknowledged by both parties.
If these ground rules are to be changed (I'm not yet convinced they are) the justification will be at least as much down to imec as to 4DS.
