China are spent twice as much budget on AI advancements as military apparently and also apparently 50% ahead of US. US is still thinking tanks on streets is the way to fight where China has gone all in on cyber for quite sometime now.
As soon as 4ds is sold for north of a billion dollars the sooner I can go back to building my doomsday bunker!
