a few years ago everyone was shocked when Apple started using Intel chips in their product. Apple has now designed their own chips, beating everything else in same sphere (not talking supercomputer stuff here). Considering their size nowadays, and willingness to introduce new technologies, there is nothing stopping Apple coming into the memory market with a whole new product. AppleDS.
