If IMEC becomes the official broker, then it would depend on the contract and how deeply aligned that becomes when dealing with markets that are not "US friendly". One of the videos you shared a few weeks ago, suggested IMEC are keen to promote Europe as a hub. I'm sure DM as a Lawyer, would ensure there is enough flexibility in the contract, that would allow enough leverage to get the maximum out of the deal.
