Or they are still in incomplete discussions, in which case they can't update the market with running minutes. It will be because they have had a high-level strategic meeting with IMEC and are now going through more detailed discussions on the plan.
We are heading to another round of technical development and they are working the plan and timeline to announce. Of course all imo only.
