I tend to agree.

That will be a very deflating outcome for shareholders, who after all these years have been led down the garden path by 4DS claiming the mb chip is what they need. It would seem curious that after working so closely for a decade with IMEC and WD that they would only now be made aware that in fact smaller geometry is needed and by golly the mb chip was never enough for commercial interest. If this was the case, the goal should have been a mb chip and demonstration of '20nm' ability for example.

4DS will have some serious explaining to do and unless the further development is done with a partner who intends to buy the tech, the SP will crash.
