I would thk its someone who took stock during the placement and has since decided its not worth the effort.Last time I checked the sellers were varied,however would thk its the one guy selling thru different brokers.
No shortage of buyers here but this guy wont let it be so the buyers will back off and we will prob see 1.00ish again or wait for xing to go thru.
